REGISTRATION

Registration will be available after June 21 and accessible only once you have been accepted by the Conference Chair.
Without any confirmation by electronic message from the conference secretariat, please do not register and do not pay anything.
If you wish attend the conference as a listenner, you can register as the same rate: please contact the secretariat.

The organizers of the conference have established a registration fee for all resident participants (speakers, presiders, conferees). This registration fee is established to encourage attendance for the entire conference. The registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant (speakers, discussion leaders, conferees) attends the conference.

*The registration fee will cover:
- conferences attendance
- congress materials
- full board accommodation (hotel fees + all meals included) in appartement (2 separated rooms with a bathroom to share) from Sunday September 23 (welcome reception and dinner) to Friday September 28 after lunch
- coffee break
- gala dinner
- shuttle bus on Sunday September 23 from airport (04:30 pm) and railway station (04:45 pm) and on Friday September 28 to airport (02:30 pm) and railway station (02:45 pm).

**The registration fee for accompanying person cover:
- full board accommodation (hotel fees + all meals included) from Sunday September 23 (welcome reception and dinner) to Friday September 28 after lunch
- gala dinner
- shuttle bus on Sunday September 23 from airport (04:30 pm) and railway station (04:45 pm) and on Friday September 28 to airport (02:30 pm) and railway station (02:45 pm).
(Guests are not permitted to attend the conference lectures and discussion groups).

These accommodations are limited in number and will be assigned in the order requests are received.
All activities at the conference, including meal and recreation times, are intended to promote and facilitate scientific discussion and exchange information.

Some grants will be available for Ph.D. students or young scientits (< 35 years old) upon requests. The aim will be to partially or totally cover travel expenses depending on total costs. After acceptance and registration, a letter will be sent to the organisers to environmental_sensors2012@inp-toulouse.fr. In this letter, applicant for grant will have to motivate their request. Adviser and/or employer will have to certify her/his request.
The decision will be given before the conference. But the grant will be given after attending the meeting and after sending back all the invoices, tickets, bording cards, documents and forms which will be requested by the conference secretary.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made in writing to environmental_sensors2012@inp-toulouse.fr
For any cancellation received before the 17th July 2012, registration fees should be reimbursed except for 50 € for handling fees.
No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 17th July 2012.
All types of registration are subject to the same conditions for cancellation.

Transferring Registration & Payment
The transfer of registrations from one participant to another is not permitted. Each participant must apply and be accepted on their own scientific merit. The online application is available on our web site. If the application deadline has passed, and you have been asked to replace a canceling participant, please contact the conference secretary to
